Trimellitate esters are esters formed by the reaction of trimellitic anhydride with mono alcohol and polyol. It has a high flash point, low volatility, especially suitable for the application of high temperature conditions, can be used as high temperature chain oil base oil, air compressor oil, high and low temperature grease. It can also be used in combination with PAO and high-quality mineral oils, and can be used as a base oil for a variety of fully synthetic or semi-synthetic lubricants.

 Trimellitate Ester Base Oil is a synthetic ester base oil series developed for lubricant formulations operating under elevated temperatures, heavy loads, and long service intervals.

Produced from trimellitic anhydride and selected monoalcohols or polyols, trimellitate esters offer a useful balance of high flash point, low volatility, low-temperature fluidity, and thermal stability. The series is available in multiple viscosity grades, allowing lubricant formulators to select a suitable base oil for high-temperature chain oils, air compressor oils, industrial gear oils, and high- or low-temperature grease systems.

The products can also be evaluated in blends with compatible PAO and high-quality mineral base oils. Final blend ratios should be selected according to viscosity targets, additive compatibility, equipment design, and finished-lubricant performance requirements.
