Saturated Polyol Ester Base Oil for Refrigeration Lubricant Formulation

BASOILS POE Refrigeration Compressor Oil Base Oil is a synthetic ester base oil developed for synthetic refrigeration lubricant formulations.

Available from POE22A to POE150A, the series provides multiple viscosity options for refrigeration compressor oils used in commercial cooling, industrial refrigeration, air-conditioning, heat-pump, automotive air-conditioning, and household appliance systems.

The product series can be evaluated for refrigeration systems using R22, R134a, R410A, R404A, and R507A refrigerants. It is suitable for lubricant formulations used in reciprocating, screw, rotary, scroll, and centrifugal compressors.

As a base-oil component, POE oil should be formulated with suitable antioxidant, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, and other additive technologies according to the target refrigeration system and finished-oil performance requirements.
