Saturated Polyol Ester Base Oil for Refrigeration Compressor Oil Formulation

BASOILS LD Series is a synthetic ester base oil developed for the formulation of refrigeration compressor lubricants used in R22 refrigeration systems.

Available in viscosity grades from LD32 to LD320, the series provides formulators with options for different compressor designs, operating temperatures, lubrication-film requirements, and finished-oil viscosity targets. It can be used to formulate refrigeration lubricants for reciprocating, screw, rotary, scroll, and centrifugal compressors.

LD Series base oils are suitable for refrigeration and cooling equipment used in cold storage, industrial air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, central air-conditioning systems, and water chillers.

This product is a lubricant base oil rather than a finished refrigeration oil. Anti-wear, antioxidant, anti-corrosion, and other additives should be selected according to the target compressor system and finished-lubricant requirements.
