BASOILS TMP318 Series is an synthetic ester base oil developed for formulating fire-resistant hydraulic fluids and selected metalworking oils. Produced from oleic acid and polyol chemistry, it offers high lubricity, a high flash point, broad temperature performance, and strong formulation flexibility for industrial fluid manufacturers.

Available in TMP318-46 and TMP318-68 grades, this fire-resistant hydraulic fluid base oil can be evaluated as a primary base oil or a co-base oil in synthetic hydraulic fluid systems. It is especially suitable for applications where hydraulic equipment operates near heat sources, high-temperature machinery, or other environments where a conventional mineral-oil hydraulic fluid may present a higher fire risk.
