T154B Ashless Dispersant

T154B is a boronized butadimide dispersant, which is a boronized ashless dispersant prepared from highly active polyisobutylene by hot addition process. It has excellent cleaning and dispersing properties, can inhibit the generation of carbon and varnish on the engine piston, and also has antioxidant and anti-wear properties, and can improve the compatibility between oil and Viton seals, and reduce the high temperature corrosion of copper and lead axle shaft tiles. The product does not contain chlorine, which is in line with the development requirements of environmental protection. Used in combination with detergents, it can well solve the low temperature sludge of the engine and reduce the deposition of varnish and carbon on the high temperature parts of the engine.

Packaging & Storage

1. 200 liter metal drum, ISO container or liquid bag. Store in dry and clean warehouse or tank.

2. It is recommended that the temperature of loading and unloading and oil mixing should not exceed 70℃, and the temperature of long-term storage should not exceed 50℃ .

3. This product is not dangerous goods, specific safety precautions, see the relevant technical instructions for chemical safety.

4. This product has a shelf life of 2 years.
